WHAT WE OFFER

W-2 Employment

Full employee status — not 1099 contractor. Withholding, employer-side payroll taxes, workers' comp, and unemployment all handled by us.

Fleet Vehicle

Marked truck, gas card, tools and materials loaded for the route. You don't drive your own vehicle, you don't supply your own tools.

Health Benefits

Medical, dental, vision after 60 days. Employer covers 70%+ of base premium. 401(k) with 3% match after 12 months.

Paid Training

First 90 days are paid ride-along training with a Lead. Continuing education stipend ($1K/year) for additional trade certifications.

Daily Route

Pre-scheduled jobs in 4–6 LA cities per day. No driving 90 minutes between unrelated calls. Routes are clustered by neighborhood.

PTO + Sick Leave

10 days PTO year one, scaling to 15+. California-compliant sick leave above the state minimum. Paid holidays.

Lead Handyman Technician

$32–$45 / hr · DOE

Full-time · W-2 · Benefits

Senior tech with 5+ years of multi-trade experience. Drywall, doors, fixtures, caulking, framing, and the diagnostic instinct to walk a job and price it accurately. Lead 1–2 junior techs on larger punch lists.

Handyman Technician

$24–$35 / hr · DOE

Full-time · W-2 · Benefits

Mid-level tech comfortable with at least 4 of: drywall, doors, fixtures, mounting, caulking, screen repair. Run flat-rate jobs solo on a daily route across 4–6 LA cities.

Apprentice Handyman

$20–$26 / hr

Full-time · W-2 · Paid training

Entry-level tech who's done warranty work, retail handyman gigs, or homeowner-grade work and wants to be trained to a professional standard. Ride along with a Lead Handyman for first 90 days.

Customer Coordinator

$24–$30 / hr · plus bonus

Full-time · Hybrid · Benefits

Phone, email, and SMS triage for inbound estimate requests. Quote small jobs from photos. Schedule techs across the daily route. Strong written communication required.
